What to expect when you go to a Reiki SessionAfter a FREE consultation, we begin the session in a relaxed and peaceful setting. You'll lie fully clothed on a massage table while the Reiki practitioner gently places their hands on or near your body in various positions. These will be with either light or no touch, and you may feel different sensations from warmth, coolness, tingling, or a sensation of water flowing. Some may just feel relaxed, but this does not diminish its effectiveness. Many people feel calm and refreshed afterwards. What is distance Reiki?After a free consultation and intake form, a time is set up for your distance Reiki session. Allow me to support your healing through an intuitively guided energy session. To start, find a comfortable spot to lie down, with low light and optional music. Then simply relax and rest while I facilitate the transfer of blocked energy to achieve a heightened state of well-being.
