Cancellation Policy
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by phone at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not reach me, please leave a message on my voicemail. If I do not hear from you within the 24 hours, and you do not keep your appointment, you will be required to pay the full price of the treatment as booked. I recognise that some circumstances, like illness or family emergencies, are beyond your control, so I may make an exception to the above policy on those occasions.
